A forum and posting site for discussions.
The purpose of the CPress Forum is to test/experiment with a less immediate method of discussing an issue with the attempt to recruit longer posts and original content.
There should be no expectation that posts in any category are final versions of the text. The purpose is to invite debate about topics, build a Wiki about topics as forum discussions unfold.
However, unlike a chat, the authorship of those posts will be clear to people and not ephemeral.
These characteristics come with drawbacks, but also can create higher quality discussion and product/copy production.
The goal is to produce a slower, but higher quality discussion on topics.
